CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full terms of booking will be emailed to you. If you have paid your deposit you are able to get a full refund if requested no less than 10 weeks before the programme start date. If you cancel less than 10 weeks prior to the programme start date, you will lose your deposit. After 8 weeks prior to the boot camp, there are no refunds or transfers available. Full payment is required no less than 8 weeks before the start of the programme. We will let you know by email when this is due.  

Travel insurance must be taken out by participants.

CHECK-IN & medical concerns:

Once we have confirmed your booking, we will send you out detailed instructions with everything you need to get to the venue and about the programme, inlcuding a suggested kit-list. We require all women to have completed the medical and health form before being accepted onto the programme.

Activities & FACILITIES:

Each venue will have health and safety announcements, please ensure you follow these. During any activities, please ensure that you take reasonble precaution not to injur yourself - and always let the trainers know if you are unhappy or have any concerns.
