Our chief instructor has been running residential boot camps up and down the UK, as well as internationally, and has excelled in helping women of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. His time in the Royal Marines and Elite Forces means that you’re in the safest of hands. He carefully picks his directing staff, ensuring they have similar skills and experience.

Quick, but effective. Our programme kick-starts your weight loss and boosts your fitness in just 7 days. We provide all the tools, advice and motivation to help you keep on track and deliver a sustainable fitness plan once you're back home.

We offer value for money. Our boot camps in Scotland and Spain offer quality training in luxury surroundings, but without an excessive price tag. From as little as £135 per day you can get your fitness training, equipment, accommodation as well as all your meals and snacks. You can pay in 24 different currencies including £, € and $ and we also offer the ability to pay in instalments, should you require this.

Flexibility. Don’t worry if you can’t make the whole week, just email us about ‘Flexi-camps’. You can do 3,4 or 5 of the days at a reduced price.

Jamie - Chief Instructor

Jamie hails from Scotland and spent 5 years as a professional golfer before joining the British Elite Forces as a Royal Marine Commando. He spent 12 years as a Physical Training Instructor, preparing men for the toughest military selection process. He has now turned his hand to helping women of all shapes, sizes and fitness abilities to lose weight and get fit. He is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and has been running boot camps for the last 5 years, helping countless women achieve their goals.
